Jan 26, (Reuters) - Chinese solar company JinkoSolar Holding Co (JKS.N) said one of its units has entered into a strategic financing agreement with the Bank of China (BOC) to support the subsidiaries' growth and development plans.
Jinko Solar Co, also known as Jiangxi Jinko, said it entered into the agreement with BOC -- one among China's big four state-owned commercial banks -- that could lead to potential credit facilities of up to 50 billion yuan ($7.6 billion) to be granted to it over a five year period..
JinkoSolar Holding makes silicon wafers, solar cells and solar modules and has customers ranging across China, Germany, Italy and other countries.
