Hua pointed out that the planning for Poyang eco-economic zone is the a major strategic move of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council to deeply boost the rise of central China on the basis of the general situation of the national development and the overall planning for regional development, being of significance of milestone to the provincial development as well as featuring representative and model for other areas across China to explore how to coordinately develop eco- economy.
