June 8, People's Daily Online - Chen Xiaohong,  head of Feng Yang Agricultural Products Cooperative in Fenyi County, Jiangxi province, brought the technology he learned while working in Zhejiang province to his hometown and teaches folk how to grow watermelons. Through 4 years of efforts, the county’s watermelon acreage reached 9,000 acres. He set up a cooperative with 450 families and more than 1,200 members, forming a development model for farmers’ personal interests in growing with a prosperous agricultural base. His products are sold in Nanchang, Changsha, Wuhan and other big cities.
