
June 6, China Daily - Cheng Wei, surgeon and director of De'an County People's Hospital Burns Treatment Center in east China's Jiangxi Province, applies the "magically healing gauze" to a patient June 5, 2005.

He developed the "magic gauze" after 25 years of study and experiments. The gauze is first soaked in medicinal solution containing dozens of traditional Chinese medicinal herbs and then applied to burn patients. It could heal the burns without skin transplant and leaves no scar after healing.

Clinical tests on more than 5,000 patients have proved that the healing rate is as high as 99.8%.
